How to Wash Your Hands:
1. Wet your hands with warm water.
2. Apply soap and rub your hands together, making sure to scrub and lather all surfaces.
3. Continue rubbing for 15 to 20 seconds.
4. Rinse your hands under the water.
5. Dry your hands with a clean towel or air dryer. If possible, use a towel to turn off the faucet.
If soap and water aren’t available, hand sanitizers will help reduce the number of germs on your hands. Just squirt some on your hands and keep rubbing it all over until they’re dry.
